1. Print the monthly menu from the left hand column.
2. Work with your child to determine which dates are best for you.
3. Using the WSD Lunch Order Form, in put the dates you have determined in the "Dates
of Participation" box
4. If you would like to order a half sandwich instead then go to the "Date and Substitution"
box. In put the date of the substitution and desired item e.g PB&J on wheat,
Turk/Prov/sourdough- no spread w/let,tom.
5. Please try to submit the order at least the night previous of the desired date. If its not
possible then call my cell personally to guarantee your child's meal (435)901-3027
6. You will receive a personal confirming e-mail from me for your order. If you do not
receive one within 24 hours then call (435)901-3027
7. Your child needs to ask for his special lunch if it differs from daily menu.
PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Once your order for the month has been received and confirmed we will start the billing
process.
2. Please do not pay until you have received and reviewed the invoice for your satisfaction.
3. As of right now we are accepting checks made out to the Weilenmann School of
Discovery. This helps keep your cost down.
4. There is a folder at the front desk of the school that will receive your check, which I will
record then return to them for deposit.
We are working diligently to streamline the process for everyone's convenience. Once the ordering process is at a comfortable level for everyone we can look at increasing our options of payments.
